Master en-suite has a large private room with king bed where you can retreat to enjoy a good movie or book.
Also has glass sliding patio doors to huge balcony overlooking the tropical backyard with pool and hot tub to be enjoyed year round. Take a surf report from the back balcony! Make sure to bring some boogie boards and beach towels.

Spacious living room great for entertaining and playing games. Don't forget! Our sofa has a queen fold out for 2 more people.
Need to get a little work done? We have desk space in the living room for you to keep your laptop and send those emails.
Full hall bathroom for common area and guest room.

The guest room is situated at the back of the condo and also has a private sliding doors to the large balcony too. Each bedroom has their own TV and there is a living room tv too. Each TV does has spectrum available. We encourage our guests to bring their own devices (ROKU, Fire Sticks, Chromecast, etc.)

All new appliances in the kitchen ready to cook up breakfast or nice dinner to be enjoyed together.

The beach - of course! - Beach Access #16 Neptune Circle. End of the block and to the right. Park at the condo and walk. No need to worry about parking.
Two streets south you can find a popular ice cream (they serve gelato!) nearby Blackbeards a go-to restaurant on the island. Other restaurants closeby include Senor Donkey (mexican food) and Paulino's (itialian restaurant)
Two streets away you can see what is playing at the island movie theatre.
