Welcome to your South Padre Island getaway!



This fully remodeled two-story home is located just a short walk from the beach and offers the perfect mix of coastal style, comfort, and space to relax. The home features an open-concept living and dining area where everyone can gather after a day at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, and the essentials you need to prepare meals at home.



Please note:

- Hot tub is currently not available

- Pool heating is not available



The Space:

There are three bedrooms, including two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds and a fun bunk room with two bunk beds, making it a great setup for families or groups traveling together.



Outside, you'll have your own private fenced backyard with a pool, giving you a great place to cool off and relax without leaving the house. There's also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach and a charcoal grill for easy outdoor meals.



The home also includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, a TV, and a dedicated workspace. The washer and dryer are located downstairs in the garage area.



Guest Access:

You'll have private access to the entire home, including the pool, fenced backyard, garage, and all indoor living spaces.



With the beach, restaurants, shops, and entertainment all close by, this home makes it easy to enjoy everything South Padre Island has to offer.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located in a relaxed, residential area of South Padre Island, just a short walk from the beach. You'll be close to local restaurants, coffee shops, shops, and island attractions, while still enjoying a quieter place to come home and unwind.



Whether you're spending the day at the beach, exploring the island, or enjoying a meal nearby, many of the area's popular spots are just minutes away.



Getting Around:

The beach and many of South Padre Island's restaurants, shops, and attractions are just a short drive or walk from the home.



A car is recommended if you plan to explore more of the island, although several popular spots are conveniently located nearby. Rideshare services and taxis are also available on the island.



Other Things to Note:

- The home is located in a residential neighborhood, so we ask guests to be respectful of the neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10pm - 8am.



- Please note that Texas weather can naturally attract insects, especially in outdoor areas. While we do our best to maintain a comfortable and enjoyable environment, insects are a natural part of the local climate and are outside of our control. We recommend bringing insect repellent and, if desired, citronella candles for outdoor use during your stay.
