Tervetuloa 6502 Fountain Way, "Tortuga the the Sea!" Tämä omakotitalo sijaitsee South Padren huviloissa, aidatulla valtameren rannalla, jossa on uima-allas ja poreallas. Kodissa on 4 makuuhuonetta ja 4 ja 1/2 kylpyhuonetta, tilava avoin keittiö, oleskelu- ja ruokailutila - sekä viehättävä lukunurkkaus, toissijainen olohuone, kodinhoitohuone, jossa pesukone ja kuivausrumpu ja paljon muuta!

Oletpa sitten matkalla perheen, ystäväryhmän kanssa tai etsit romanttista lomaa, jossa on paljon tilaa, tiedämme rakastavasi tätä kotia.
Vierailla on mahdollisuus valita kaksi Master-sviittiä ja kaksi vierashuonetta. Ensimmäisessä Master-sviitissä on tilava king-size-vuode, iso taulutelevisio, iso vaatehuone ja hiljainen oma parveke. Kylpyhuoneessa on ylimitoitettu kylpyamme ja suihkukaappi. Toinen Master-sviitti kattaa koko 3. kerroksen, siinä on viihtyisä king-vuode, oma kylpyhuone suihkulla ja oma parveke. Vierailla on myös mahdollisuus valita kolmas makuuhuone, jossa on queen-size-vuode, taulutelevisio ja siihen liitetty kylpyhuone, tai neljäs vierashuone, jossa on kaksi kerrossänkyä täysikokoisilla pohjapankeilla ja kahden hengen kokoisilla pankeilla. Neljännessä makuuhuoneessa on myös kylpyhuone, jossa suihkukaappi ja massiivinen taulutelevisio. Se on täydellinen huone lapsille, teini-ikäisille tai nuorille aikuisille!

Tiedämme, että et halua poistua tästä kauniista talosta, mutta jos pystyt, yksityinen ranta on vain muutaman askeleen päässä ovelta.

Beautiful home

The space is huge - plenty of room for the group of 10 of us. We enjoyed the community pool - actually we were the only ones at the pool all week! Easy beach access - we walked the beach every day, but with windy conditions, relaxed poolside rather than beachside. The host was accessible and responded immediately to all questions. I suggest people read all of the information before booking - the community to very strict about guests and does not allow others to visit property. We have family in the area and they were not allowed to visit our rental home. This is clearly outlined in the property details. It would have been nice to have some flexibility with this; however, I understand why this is the case given spring break crowds. Overall - beautiful home and great location. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely time at the Tortuga by the Sea rental. It was better than expected. Beautiful, comfortable home with great attention to detail. Great for large groups to be together and have privacy with the great layout of bedrooms. Clean, convenient and just a two block walk to the beach.

We loved the property, private beach access, and proximity to the pool. Would have appreciated an extra roll of paper towels, and towels to dry dishes, but overall great experience. Would book the space again.

South Padre gem.

This property was so comfortable. Excellent floor plan for a group of three couples. Huge kitchen, dining area, gathering great room area. Excellent house size for spreading out and having your own space when you wanted. Great beds, bathrooms, well equipped kitchen (with the exception of too few dish towels provided, though not an issue). Very clean!

Fabulous

Magnificent time! House was huge and loved that everyone had their own bathrooms. Nice short walk to the beach! Could’ve used extra towels and hangers. There wasn’t any extras in the kitchen like towels, salt pepper, condiments etc. that would’ve been nice to have. Other than those small items we would definitely book again!!

Nice Place

Pros: *This place is really nice and is very close to the beach. Less than a 5 minute walk to beach *Big place *We had a leak in the kitchen sink and we called maintenance. They came literally within 10 minutes. They were very responsive. * Gated community with 24 hour security guards. Cons: *Place was a little dirty (to be expected with sand from the beach) but the vacuum does not work well at all. The floors were sandy when we first got there. We actually ended up sweeping to get a little bit of sand up in the entry way. *Check in was slow and given you can’t check in until 4:00 makes it even later. Only one person in the office at a time (understand b/c of Covid but still was slow). *It advertised towels. However there were none. They brought us a few and said they would bring more but never did. There are also no dish towels so we had to use Hand towels to dry dishes. Overall, I would stay at this place again although it is expensive. But I guess you get what you pay for.

Perfect family/friend beach house!

This home was the perfect spot for our recent visit to SPI. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids. The layout was awesome … having the kitchen and main living space on the first floor was wonderful and the bunk room was awesome for the kids. The well-stocked kitchen made it easy for us to eat all meals at the house. The proximity to the beach and pool can’t be beat. The house was in great condition, especially based on how much wear and tear the salty air produces down there. Highly recommend (just don’t book the week we want next year, ha!)!!!

Great Family House

This house was great for our family of seven with young kids. Very spacious house and super convenient to walk to the beach. Kitchen well stocked with lots of chef’s needs and garage stocked with beach toys and a wagon which was super helpful. Property management had to come out twice for a clogged toilet and clogged disposal and arrived within minutes of our calls each time and fixed the issues quickly.

Refreshing family time

We loved our time at this property, in South Padre! This community has direct beach access through a gate which is extremely helpful with young children. The pool is also a bonus for additional activities! This home felt like a retreat! We will be back!

Tortuga was an amazing property.

Brought my family and my sisters family. We had a great time the house was huge and only steps to beach. They had ping-pong table which was fun for the family and the beach toys were nice. However the chairs and sun canopy were nice but were pretty rusty but we made them work. The property was great and will go again.

Great home for two families with kids

We had a wonderful long weekend with our four year old and our friends with their three year old. The house was perfect for two families, so much space, everyone got their own bathroom, plenty of amenities. The house was spotless, well stocked, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Easy walk to beach and pool, and there were plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys for us to use. The beds were all super comfortable with plenty of pillows and extra blankets. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

Perfect place

The house was perfect for 2 families with 6 kids. Great space for the kids to be kids and enough room for both families with separate living areas. Rental company was great to work with. We ran out of LP gas and they had someone bring a replacement right away. Location is great!
