”We were visiting Rockford in June 2026 for my IronMan 70.3 triathlon event. Our group had little kids (age 7 & 4) and grandparents (70+).
Checkin was very smooth. I dont recall the name of staff member to give a shoutout, she was very nice.
The hotel is about a 20 min drive from the venue of IronMan start, but it's in an area with many other hotels and restaurants, so it was convenient from that perspective.
The hotel was very clean, rooms spacious, staff ever helpful.

”The rooms weren’t that cleaned and there front desk service is horrible. They cancelled 1 of our’s Group reservation with no notice and kept telling us there is a room
we will find for you. 3 hours waiting in the front desk area for nothing no such room at all and gave us millions of excuses. This weekend was an Ironman event so all hotels were booked so half of our team group had to drive back home and drive early in the morning for the event.”
