”overall, it was clean and for the most part quiet. A suggestion would be to keep those people with active children on the 1st floor to avoid the loud banging from little feat coming from the 2nd floor rooms.”

”Still No hot tub or sauna. No pool towels. No one monitoring the wild rude teens in the pool. ”

”The location was not at all like the pictures. We opted not to stay after we had checked in. We were out the cost of the room but for my family’s comfort and safety we decided to stay at an alternate location as it was not at all what we thought it would be. ”

”Everything about our stay was great. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of dishes. The pool was always clean and stocked with lots of towels. The cleaning staff did an amazing job. Every time I walked through the lobby or onto the elevator, it smelled and looked freshly cleaned. ”

”Breakfast was great as always! I did not use the laundry service. I always have a fresh, clean room when I arrive.”

”The room was dirty. The staff were not helpful at all. The gentleman that checked us in opened the door to our room after my husband made a trip to the car. The door was not shut all the way and he opened it just to tell me to make sure to keep door closed, he also had another customer with him. ”

”When I arrived the staff told me my booking did not sync through Expedia and I’d have to call Expedia for a refund. Expedia tried to resolve things and the hotel gave me a room with the remote missing to the A/C. The staff gave me a spare remote that wasn’t the same brand as the A/C and didn’t work. I couldn’t open the door because it was swollen shut. When I finally got in, it was so humid and I took a look around and opened my window to be staring at a bunch of people in the indoor pool.”

”It was hard to get the water to the right temperature for a shower it was either to hot or to cold breakfast consisted of cereal and fruit ”

”Nice big room. Breakfast was very limited, even worse than typically in the US. There we pretty much nothing fresh, so not a great way to start the day. The gym was pretty nice. ”

”Room was too hot at arrival- had to call Maintenance. Temp fluctuated. Restaurant was convenient, good food but slow service. Prepaid for breakfast- could have been good but no entrees available- staff said someone had called in sick and they “were doing the best they can.” Still beat typical continental type breakfast of most hotels. Clean room, comfortable. Good location. Not sure if I would stay here again.”

”Bedding was so comfortable. Room was quiet. Nice selection for breakfast and the food was good.”

”They had little black spiders there in the hotel room and the pool was tiny my kids didnt go swimming bcuz the pool was too packed with people,and the room was small for a suite and had trash from the previous person under the bed and on side the dresser,the staff was rude also.and they overcharged me.”
