”Good location for strolling around Langport with its cafes,independent shops , gardens and river walks . The library is very close with an outdoors area .
We had a room in the courtyard , good in the heatwave . Sometimes had to park further away in town car park ..still free ,though in autumn 2026 may have to pay . Staff helpful .”

”Good quiet location on the edge of Bridgwater looking out onto fields. Busy pub mid-week in April when we were there with people sitting out enjoying the weather. Good dinner and breakfast.”

”This was our 4th visit to the thatch cottage and ppossibly the last.
1. Arrived at 3pm as on booking form door lockked all in darkness no one around.
2. 5 pm a lady turned up unlocked and let us in and booked in and showed us to the room, told us breakfast times but no evening meals on monday or tuesday. Room was ok
3. Went for breakfast next morning in darkness,only one cereal bowl no plates for toast no tea or coffee or milk ,no one around to ask,found plates and bowl in kitchen,butter had...

”Accomodation provided us everything we needed for a one night stay. A lovely continental breakfast hamper, clean room and lovely paddock area to exercise our pooch. Only recommendation is for a couple of the wall sockets to include a USB connection.”
