”Aspects of the stay were great, where other areas required improvement. Front desk staff and pool bar staff were great, provisions (restaurant?) staff was not good. The room was good, but was loud (heard cars from outside and AC all day/night). Bed was great. Shower took 10min before water got hot. Coffee machine was broken and there was nowhere to get a cup of coffee on site.”
