”This hotel knew the room they rented me had no AC. They did not inform me when I booked nor when I checked in. This is a deceptive practice and is completely unacceptable. I had to find new accommodations at the last minute. ”

”Excellent property, I was first placed in a room with a bathroom sharing a wall with a smoking area. The smoke leached through the walls. I was moved as soon as I brought this issue to the staff. Pool and hot tub were excellent rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast exceeded expectations ”

”Overall, great stay for the price. We opted for 1st floor but probably should’ve asked for 2nd floor. We heard every conversation/person who walked by as if we were right there. The room was clean, staff friendly, nearby Mexican place that had a good breakfast torta. There were poolside games, which I thought was neat. Giant connect 4 and corn hole. I enjoyed the expedited check out and easy check in. I wouldn’t mind coming back for a future trip.”
