”First, the noise level, we could hear airplane noises, conversations in the nearby rooms and from the floor above us. They need to sound-proof the property. Otherwise, what's the point of staying in that hotel if people can't get some sleep. The elevator was not working, front desk promised to have a first-floor room ready by 2:30pm, and Arrived at the property at 3:25pm, but the room wasn't ready, had to wait in the lobby until 3:50pm. The most disturbing issue is the rudeness of the staff....

”This hotel needs to have some renovation done, the carpets need to be changed, they were really worn and dirty. Our room was cleaned just ok, there were some black hairs on the bath room floor. The room also had a bad, musty smell. ”

”Pros: Very comfortable bed, decent breakfast buffet, lobby atrium is a nice atmosphere, St James bar is a nice amenity for pre- drinks before heading out, and the cookies at check in were a nice touch.
Cons: We waited in line for over 20 minutes to check in. Once checked in, we walked into our room only to find that it was already assigned to other guests. It is quite alarming to walk into someone’s personal space like that and made us feel unsecure the rest of the trip. When we went back to...

”None of the rooms have a closet, iorning board, or iron.
The fake wood floors were dirty in our room.
You have to ask for fresh towels and maid service.
The hotel location is good. Close to good food and the airport. Too bad the rooms are so so.
Because of the airport, you'll hear every morning jet roaring for a north departure. Starting at 6am.”
