”As a continuous customer I appreciate the familiarity in knowing my name. The staff always has a smile, helpful with issues, and shows genuine care. The floor I was in had an odd smell, but that did not overshadow my overall experience. Will continue to stay here for my travel visits.”

Huoneessa hiukan ihmetyttää suihkun / wc:n ovi (keskellä huonetta), joka on maitolasia. Kun joku menee yöllä vessaan, koko huone valaistuu oven lasin kautta. ”
”Just what I needed - a bed to sleep for a few hours. The building was very clean and quiet. I didn't see anyone else there, but I saw signs (a towel outside a door after some checked out, shoes left by the front door where there's a sign kindly asking us to remove our shoes). Make sure you read the check-in instructions. I missed a couple important details and had to finish them while waiting on the stoop, but it was very easy and the host was super-accommodating, understanding, and supportive....
”Needed a budget place for just sleeping in a central Chicago. For that purpose excellent choice due its location (metro + walking distace everywhere). Quiet+clean hotel and safe location. The attached pub on the street level is nice. Would come next time for a similar trip.
Would need a bit of renovation already and definitely more power sockets around the room table ;) Some coffee to go and small stuff to eat in the lobby during mornings would be great. ”

”This Sonder property in Chicago’s South Loop was a pleasant stay. The apartment was well equipped with a full kitchen, as well as nice views. It is located close to a grocery store, some nice restaurants and the Roosevelt station, allowing easy access to the CTA orange, green and red lines. I would consider staying here again on a future visit to Chicago.”
”My daughter and I went to Chicago to run the marathon. Booked The River hotel as it was one of the few hotels I could find with twin beds at a reasonable price located within walking distance to grant park. The room was compact but it was warm, clean, had a microwave oven, mini fridge and espresso machine. Location was absolutely brilliant. Magnificent mile just the other side of the river and plenty of shops, restaurants, bakeries right next to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful,...
”Overall good value stay. Easy to commute to downtown, even by foot. A lot of nice places around to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. The hotel itself was bit worn out and no sound insulation whatsoever. Single glass window to street made sure one can hear conversations from the street. Still clean and bang for the buck.”
