”Entry is dingy and smells badly of cat urine. Living room is smallest room and seats 2 comfortably. The kitchen is ok. Nothing special but ok. Bedrooms are large and beds are comfortable. AC units in both bedrooms worked great. Didn’t love the parking situation but nothing bad happened during the 5 night stay so may have been worried about nothing. Lots of homeless in the area and city as a whole. ”

”Excellent communication with owner. Fast, friendly and courteous. Located about 450 meter walk up a large hill from Penn Avenue (bus 88) which is about 35 minutes to downtown. Apartment showing its age but fair value for cost. ”

”Location was perfect for us. We could walk to Southside Flats, and walk to see our son and son-in-law. Lots of places to eat. There was a restaurant right next door but you would never know it was there as our sleep was not disturbed. Definitely recommend and we will definitely Stay here on our next visit.”

”The studio apartment has anything that we need for a week-long stay (e.g., wifi, kitchen, drier, washer). Super clean and tidy, in a quiet neighborhood. The property manager is welcoming and supportive throughout our stay, totally would come back 10/10.”
