”From a naked eye, The hotel looks immaculate (We loved the valet parking, the 3 rivers restaurant, & helpful staff) but I must say after our 2 nights stay, I voiced my concerns to the front desk regarding a possible mold concern in our room, The room was very musty & no air flow. The wall paper was pulling away from the walls and baseboards appeared to be warped. The first night we developed a cough- after the second night it was obvious, we all were coughing/stuffy/watery eyes/scratchy throats....
”They need a lot of repairs on outside. And when I asked for clean towels daily they never did. Room service never came to my room. And they had no breakfast in the morning!! Floor felt sticking to. And remotes don’t work.”
