”They tried to charge my card ELEVEN different times for $50 and they successfully got one of those transactions to go through. I’ve spoken to the manager and the MULTIPLE clerks at the desk. I asked for an itemized sheet when I checked out, they didn’t email it as promise. I have about $200 that they have of mine that I’ve still not gotten back. The pillows and the floor were covered in blood. It was so much easier to throw everything to the side instead of trying to get help. No one knows...

”Our whole stay was great. Our room was modern and clean. Breakfast was hot and lots of variety. Pool was clean and perfect size for a toddler. Good location convenient to highway and the wedding we were attending.”

”Nice hotel, very quiet, I did have a problem with the internet and had to call an outside company for help, but it was able to be resolved in minutes. I didn't eat breakfast but I did check it out and it was very good. It had the waffle male and an omelet maker also. There were packaged muffins and juices and bottled water which was nice to take along on the rest of our trip. They did offer a coffee , tea and hot chocolate bar in the evening but the provided water was only Luke warm.”

I will have to say that the stay this time was disappointing only because the breakfast did not offer much that we liked and very limited. Otherwise the rooms are very nice and the whole property is very clean.”

Breakfast staff were not helpful and didn’t seem to understand English when asked about a certain item. Requested a double bed room and got a single bed? King size one instead. Despite a few negatives would give it another chance if in the area.”

”Our room was impeccably clean and the bed was comfortable. The club chair was designed for a very large person, even the pillow did not induce comfort for our smaller body sizes. We were invited guests to a wedding held outside on a sunny afternoon. The wooden chairs for guests were uncomfortable for some but the ceremony was short and we moved on to the comfort of the attractive ballroom and a well organized cocktail hour and dinner. ”This hotel seemed old that someone attempted to update but it didn't quite work out. It looked nice but was very dark and not the cleanest feeling. I couldn't get myself to take my socks off and didn't want to take a shower without shoes on. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.”

”I must have forgotten the size of a queen bed because they seemed a little small to me, but besides that, everything else was great! The bathroom sparkly white clean. Like the bathtub looked newly installed. The pool area nice and well kept. The rooms were well kept and in place. Staff very friendly and helpful. A gas station within walking distance. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Overall we recommend for the price! Will stay again!”

”The woman that was there to check me in was rude and unpleasant. However the rest of the staff, including the valet drivers, were nice. The room was okay (although for a river view room, the river was not visible). I wish the room had bottled water and/or snacks (in addition to having them available in the sundry). Great location, good price, nothing fancy.”
