”Good air conditioning. Short walk to the beach and the community-shared pool and hot tub. Plenty of rooms and beds. Unfortunately the private pool is like a cold plunge. Even in the dead of summer it's probably as cold as one of those above ground pools without a heater. Unusable. Vacasa, the house's management company, was very rude on the phone when I called to say we were at the house 1 hour before check in and would like to get in. ”This house was great! The 1st floor was amazing for grilling, playing games, watching tv, and easy access to the huge pool. The only thing we didn’t realize until we got there was that the bunk bed room is not an enclosed room. But other than that it was great! ”

”The perfect girls trip! Condo was amazing and had everything we needed. The beach towels provided were added bonus bc we didn’t have to pack bulky towels in our luggage. Host is the absolute best! ANY questions we had were immediately answered and she was willing to go above and beyond. We enjoyed the unit to the fullest and plan to return to 306 next year. ”
