”The property was run-down and looked very shabby. A ceiling tile was moved aside for the TV cable running down the wall to the back of the TV. The bed and bathroom appeared clean. But something smelled skunky. I do NOT smoke cigarettes or pot, but clearly someone had been. The property website said there was a gym, "24-hour fitness facilities," but the few pieces of equipment looked very old, and the room didn't appear very clean.

”We received a wonderful newly renovated room! The pictures don't do it justice. Comfortable king bed new pillows and furnishings. Very clean and upgraded fixtures. The newly renovated bathroom was top notch with soft towels and nice toiletries. Plenty of hot water in the morning. For the price you can't beat this place. Not to mention the owners are so considerate and hospitable!! 10 Stars we will be back”

”The proprietor was very helpful it's my situation, I got the night of my stay confused but he didn't charge me an additional night. The place needs some updates but my room was clean. The cable connection kept cutting out but I had my book and phone and was only there to sleep anyway. Most of the other guests were utility and construction or transportation workers. There's nothing nearby to do. But Door Dash does deliver there.”

”The room and hotel were very nice/ clean. The only issue was that the hotel is being renovated and the pool wasn’t open. The meeting room was being used as the breakfast room. None the less, great hotel. 10/10 recommend.”

”This site is an absolute Jem!! Was there Oct31 to Nov3. was easy to park and the Barn was amazing!! Ben the host was accommodating and very helpful. The grounds were immaculate and the fire ring and chairs made for an amazing view of the night sky!! Not far from Penn State also. Lots of cool things locally. Eagle State park was awesome. This place is a no brainier for any one who has an RV. Our 27 foot travel trailer fit with a lot of room to spare. If you like quiet this is the spot. Also just...
