I’m so upset words cannot express. I tried battling with Expedia about the terrible conditions of the property and being told I would lose the money I had paid. There were no other rooms on the cape available at that short notice for us to move to so we were stuck. Everyday got worse, third day they stopped collecting the towels and garbage and when I walked the garbage to the house keeping room I was told to bring it to the property dumpster. Not my job or what I was paying for. Upon further inspection, I found out they charge a weekly rate for people for what they were charging me a nightly rate yet I was getting no services. The room was filthy full of fleas, and then on the last two nights we realized there were roaches we took photographic documentation of everything, and I am going to be going to a lawyer in the future to proceed because my family deserves their money back. Needless to say, I will not be using Expedia any longer after being a customer for 10+ years and them not having my back or my family‘s back. Horrible service, horrible hotel, horrible experience!
