”Clean and comfortable- Exactly what we needed for our trip to the Cape; we would definitely recommend!”

”Nice house in a beautiful location. However when I asked if it were possible to check in a little early I was told no. The house wasn't even ready at the agreed upon check in time. We had to wait an extra 45 minutes before we were allowed to check in and were expected to leave promptly at 10:00am check out time. Additionally, all the trash from the previous guests were not taken and therefore all trash bins were full and had to be vigilant of the raccoons trying to get at the trash. The shower...

”The host was great and I'm hoping with a few changes it could be a 5 star house. ”We stayed one night before heading to our weekly rental the home was veryComfortable and well appointed with everything we needed and the AC worked very well”

”The house was amazing! It was so much bigger than the photos could even let on. Cathy was very helpful and communicative before and during our stay. Only a short walk from the Pelham House where we had a wedding. If you're traveling with multiple cars, try to condense to two for parking, but could not recommend this place enough! Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

”This is a spacious, comfortable house with a beautiful yard in a quiet neighborhood. The house was spotless and had comfortable beds and plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. We enjoyed making s’mores in the backyard fire pit. The location is a terrific - easy to get anywhere on the Cape. On our daily walks with our dog, the neighbors we met were so friendly and welcoming.”

”Nice location, quiet neighborhood, comfortable, and clean with a feeling of newness. Nice time of year to enjoy the porch and there was plenty of room for our group of seven. Three couches in the basement! Easy to get to town or beaches, etc. Host was helpful and communicative.”

”Our stay was amazing. Very comfortable place. Amazing kitchen space with all the utensils. Great location and the beach is near by. Our dogs really enjoy the place and the beautiful garden. We highly recommend this beautiful home. ”

”House was clean. Beds were comfortable. Weather was low 90's and A/C was adequate. Ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms were helpful. Water views from the upstairs balconies were great. Kitchen is small but functioned well and was adequately stocked for our needs. Pics only show a Keurig, but there was a small drip coffee maker, as well. 3 bathrooms was a necessity for our group. The upstairs "master" bedroom has a large tub with no shower, which was nice for soaking. 2 bedrooms are upstairs....

”The property was as advertised and it exceeded our expectations. It was comfortable and charming. And, it was a shirt ride to Hyannis and our fishing charter.”

”Another good year on the books! Thanks Jenny for the use of your lovely home!”

”Great house for a group / family. Awesome outdoor space. Perfect location.”
