”Be aware there are no elevators. We knew this but our room was on the third floor, basicly the attic, and we are both in our 70s. The air conditioner was noisy so tough to sleep. It served the purpose as we were attending a funeral in the area.”

”My stay was very nice. The shower stall needs to be drained properly. The water was backed up. Otherwise girls at the front desk were very helpful to us!!! We are coming back in the fall !!!!”

”Needed to print a document in the business center. Staff member stopped what he was doing and went out of his way to help. Room was quiet and just what I needed to complete work on a project. No time for the pool. But it looked great.. breakfast was OK totally adequate. No diet drinks, a minor disappointment.”

”The room had a musty smell and could use an update. For the price it was somewhere decent to sleep for the night. The space is ok, a renovation would improve the facilities immensely.”

”A beautifully maintained hotel that was a great place to spend the night. We stayed in the tower with two and adults and two kids and was great to have three different levels, including the sitting room at the top with windows all around. The snacks in the communal sitting area was much appreciated and breakfast was very nice.”

”We have stayed at this hotel several times in recent years. For some reason, they have recently initiated a complicated approach to wifi. In order to get "free wifi," you must give an unknown company your home address and your cell number. Otherwise, no wifi. Why? We do not want to give out personal information to a company we do not know. We chose not to sign up for the "free wifi," and it may be a deal-breaker for future visits. ”The staff were more engaged with their own conversations than actually welcoming me as a guest and focusing on my stay. It was especially striking because I was the only guest upon my arrival and the only guest at the buffet upon my arrival. When addressing me they rushed and then quickly returned to laughing and hanging out together”

”I did not stay the night. We checked out within an hour of check in. We did go the front desk and explain why the front desk lady was very understanding and the manager on the phone agreed it was ok to leave and we would be reimbursed. The front of the location did not look bad, but our room was in the back. The front of the room was littered with all sorts of trash overflowing from the trash can. Even the parking spot.
