”The house was perfect for our extended family vacation. There are 7 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The house is very spacious and allowed several people quiet places to work from home. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you need to cook. The house also is fully stocked with everything from towels to toys for toddles and games to play in the evening. Finally, the owner is very easy to contact and responds quickly. There are private beaches that we walked to in order to watch...

”Comfortably appointed house with a tranquil and relaxing backyard waterfront view of North Sea Harbor. We enjoyed watching the wild birds, including egrets and a family of Swans that we were able to feed from the dock. Conveniently located between the villages of Southampton and Sag Harbor, the house is also within walking distance of Towd Point Beach where the water is clear and warmer than expected. Mark was a very attentive host and make sure that our stay was wonderful, which it was.”

”We stayed as a group of girls and had an amazing time. The house is exactly as pictured and well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms. The yard is the best part but the whole place is wonderful. This is clearly a home not just a rental property which we loved. This would be a perfect place for families or a few couples since each bedroom is huge and has a bathroom. There are tons of board games and kids stuff (including baby gates and a crib). I would love to come back...
