”Hotellin sijainti hyvä. Vain 12 min lentokentältä. Huoneet suuria. Hotellissa hyvä seafood ravintola. Jos haluat katsoa jääkiekkoa ja Mikko Koivun joukkoeen pelejä, niin autolla helppo mennä hallille. Ajoaika 25 min.”

”Just not well equipped. Location is great staff is good. But kitchen was not great and cleaning team was late or didn’t come at all.”

”The staff was very helpful and friendly. The property well maintained. The breakfast was good. There is a very good store attached through the underground parking deck. But, there was a humming sound from the air filtration system that could not be shut off. I finally bought some ear plugs to drown it out. The bed is firm and comfortable but the pillows...well very squishy and unsupportive and they hurt my neck. So, I went out and bought some as we were staying several days.”

”We called the hotel as directed by check-in policy to let the hotel know, we would be arriving after 1am - Was told Hotel shuttle was not available to us after midnight unless we used the park and fly - ? Park and fly would have already been paid for…. I attempted to cancel our night and rebook at another hotel but our room was not refundable. So we also had already paid. Arrived at the hotel after paying $34 for taxi and asked about this again. Well- actually - a different person replied -...

”Yleiset tilat ja huoneilma tunkkainen. Siivous ok, pölyjen pyyhkiminen kuitenkin unohtunut osittain. Aamiainen hyvä, leikkeleet kuitenkin puuttuvat kokonaan. Pysäköinti ilmainen, joskus parkkipaikoista pulaa. Henkilökunta oli mukavia ja auttavaisia.”

”The morning that I checked out, there was only one person at the front, who was on the phone, while three people were waiting in line. He didn't look up at us nor say I will be with you in a moment, just didn't care. The only reason that I was in line was just to let them know that in the shower of my room there was no soap in the soap dispenser. Luckily I had my own. I have stayed here on several occasions this is the first time I have been let down.”

”My family and I enjoyed the location of this hotel; it’s located near the Mall of America and not far from downtown. The room was also exceptionally clean and spacious. The staff was kind and gave us extra sheets for the sofa bed. My family also loved the breakfast, which was phenomenal! In fact, between the four of us, we have agreed that it was the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel. Definitely recommended!”
