”I was extremely disappointed with the check-in. I reserved the room for my husband and we have never had any problems with this before, but this time the hotel demanded to talk to me when my husband was checking in and that we evening for him and in the middle of the night, 4am. I had also agreed that the reservation will be paid at the hotel with a different card. The hotel did not respect that but without my authorisation they charged my credit card through their system.
