”My biggest complaint- cleanliness Stains on the walls , blings are broken and stained. Looked horrible. Couch is another story … really bad !! Location isn’t too good either Only good part was communication ”

”The hotel is very clean and cozy, located 10 minutes from the beach, with a reasonable price. I was feeling so comfortable and highly recommend staying. Frontdesk staff were polite at all time and were doing their best to leave a great memory from your staying experience. The only thing that was not clearly mentioned in Expedia is that the parking is not free, and you need to pay $5/night (at the time of this post). Also, Expedia charged me $24 for breakfast, and I was able to select only one...

”Absolutely not up to the standard of a $300+/night hotel. MAYBE $80/night. The lobby is clean, and I think that is maintained and kept up to date to lull you into feeling like the rooms will be as well. But no…we didn’t even want to walk on the carpet in our room in barefeet it was so stained with…something, I have no idea what. And the chair in the room followed suit, as it was covered in stains. Staff was nice, was our room was truly disgusting. ”

”AKA West Palm Beach is situated in an excellent location near downtown and Brightline train station. The rooms are comfortable with all the basic needs for even a longer stay. The complimentary grab & go breakfast was a nice surprise. Only downside was the return time of the credit card hold sum. It's now been 11 days (7 business days) since we checked out and still no return. ”

”I paid $1,600 for one night expecting a true high end luxury experience. While the property is marketed as boutique, the overall amenities and atmosphere did not justify the rate. The room was clean but small and very basic. Nothing about it felt elevated or reflective of a five star price point. The pool is extremely small and much smaller than it appears in photos. It feels more like a large hot tub than a proper luxury hotel pool. It was underwhelming given how the property is...
