”Very sketchy hotel in a very sketchy neighborhood. My teenager and I didn’t feel safe and I was worried about my car being parked there for both nights. There were homeless walking freely around the property and staff was pretty much nonexistent. The office stayed locked the entire time we were there and I only spoke with a staff member at an outside check-in window on the first night. ”First glance, the room looked very clean. Once we settled in, we saw how things were not as clean as it looked. The sheets were awful, there was no fitted sheet. The sheet that was on top of the mattress was ripped. The mattress had yellow stains all over! There were stains on the shower curtain and it was ripped, there was gooey stuff on the headboard and the telephone! We were very disappointed in the condition of the room. ”I would recommend this hotel; it was good overall, even though the carpets were disgusting in the hallway and the walls were dirty in the rooms. A fresh coat of paint would really help with the new wallpaper. They do have a shuttle there, one of many hotels in the area that offer one. I researched a lot of hotels in the area, and if you're trying to look for something affordable, then this will be a good one cuz it does offer the shuttle, and the shuttle is free. ”The floor was dirty. As soon as we walked on it our feet were dirty. It had not been mopped or was mopped with dirty water. The shower had containers for body wash and shampoo, but the shampoo container did not work. Hall carpets were dirty, ragged and in need of replacement. Overall the building was in need of work. ”

This seems painless enough, but we spent 15 minutes in line waiting for a guy to ask if we were staying, get our license plate number, and then tell us to pull up to our hotel.
