”Hotel was centrally located and easily accessible and rooms are well equipped. As the hotel is in the centre, sounds from the street (especially during the night time) were quite loud (as there are many bars and karaoke places in the neighborhood). Our rooms were on the second floor, we had a hard time sleeping (It is advisable to request for rooms upstairs). In general, the staff members (Reception and Bar/restaurant) very nice and friendly. ”Room was clean and comfortable. The complementary breakfast had a good selection of food. A major negative for the food was my wife dished up a bowl of oatmeal and found a long hair in it. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We used the laundry room and it was sufficient for our needs. Parking was convenient but expensive at $35 per day.”

”The location was awesome! The games and pool table in the lobby were perfect for my teenager kids so they could stay up later and have fun. The parking was a bit odd, especially since you had to pay for it;)”

”This was simply an awful experience not only could we reach a live person on the phone prior to our trip, no return call then it got worse when we arrived no check in desk no one to greet us or answer any questions. We had to dial a # to let them know we arrived. Staff never to be seen again. Paid 300.00 for the night broken coffee maker, no batteries in spoke detector simply an awful experience ”

”Very nice hotel and centrally located in Providence, I was able to easily walk everywhere that I wanted to go and they also provide a shuttle if needed. My only complaint is I was excited to try the Heavenly bed, and found it very uncomfortable which made for a couple nights of poor sleep.”

”Beautiful place to stay in the middle of a quiet street and walking distance to many spots. The rooms and common areas were clean and beautifully maintained. Staff was ready to answer any questions you had via phone or text. I loved this inn and would choose it again. Definitely recommend it !”
