”A variety of breakfast options from day to day for guests who stay multiple days would enhance the overall breakfast experience. The hot food items, such as eggs and sausages could be rotated with scrambled eggs and bacon or hash browns.”

”Everything was top-tier. We loved the room and how spacious it was. Our biggest thing was staying somewhere with a pool - preferably indoor - for our girls. Even though it was outdoors, the pool was located in the right spot for the sun to shine on it and warm the water to not be freezing cold but just right to jump right in. The breakfast was good. The only downside for us was the mattresses were very firm and the pillows were extremely soft. My husband stacked three pillows together but still...

”It had been several years since I visited a Hampton Inn. This Fultondale, AL Hampton Inn was a refreshing new design in total. The Property and Staff exceeded my expectations. I would definitely choose this Inn again. The Breakfast Offerings were extensive and very tasty. The Young Man Staffer was excellent and was very present and helpful. The Check-In Staff was very responsive and helpful also.”

”The Hotel does not have a business center. I like to gather my thoughts then type them out. I usually like to either be in a business center of the hotel or an area that has a table or two off the lobby. This hotel did not have it. My room had an elevated credenza that I could have used but the mounted TV was directly above it. Except for that, the Elyton Hotel was a great choice. The rooftop bar/lounge Moon Shine was very accommodating and staffed with some fun people as well!”

”It’s very bad customer service and there is a lot of noises I don’t know where they come from I don’t feel safe and it’s not comfortable and the room isn’t comfortable and clean To be honest with you, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had.”

”We particularly enjoyed how accommodating the staff was to our requests. We wanted extra towels and they immediately made that happen, our car was immediately greeted and unloaded by the valet, making check-in very smooth. Its central location to excellent dining was also a huge plus!”

Liberty Park is lovely and manicured, as well as convenient to Hwy 280 and the gorgeous neighborhood of Mountain Brook. This particular Hilton Garden Inn is impressive for a 3-star Mo-Micro-Tel. The lobby is lovely and well appointed. When we visited, one elevator was out of service, but, they weren’t fully booked, so it didn’t cause us any real difficulty.
