”Ashley was extremely great at checkin she was super friendly. She left a beautiful card for me at the room for my birthday and I appreciate that so much. She definitely should receive many praises for making guest feel comfortable and welcomed. I will use this location again because of her amazing work. Thank you. The room was clean quiet. Staff provided extra towels as needed promptly. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you. ”

I had a wonderful experience staying there. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made check-in super easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the pool- it was clean, well-maintained, and a perfect spot to unwind after a long day. Whether you're traveling for business or vacation, this hotel is a great choice. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

”This was my second visit in six weeks. We wanted on son to experience the house and Birmingham. As my previous experience, it was lovely and we enjoyed the bird house room more. The bird house truly suits a family and my husband and son enjoyed having a TV in the room. I'm also happy to see some of my previous suggestions were implemented in just a couple of weeks. My best experience is still the other guests as well as the house. I will be back but it will not be so soon 😭😂.”

”Only stayed one night. Location was nice not to have the chaos of Birmingham. Bed was comfortable and room was a great size. Breakfast had good number of options. Delicious hot coffee. ”
”We stayed in the Turret room and it was so cool! Two king-sized beds that were super comfy. The bed in the turret room was semi-private and the other one had a view of a tv. The bathroom was clean and nice. (But FYI there's a window to the room and you can see the person using the toilet from the room) It was nice to have access to the downstairs kitchen. We loved the neighborhood and how you could walk around to places to eat. There's a Chick-fil-A right beside the house, as well as many other...
”Friendly staff,clean rooms and good food options. If i had to make any negative comments,the shower we had didn't drain well. We were standing in water up past our ankles showering. The toilet had a valve that wasn't sealing properly, so it drained every 20 minutes. If they correct those easy fixes we wouldn't have anything bad to say!”
”This is a newly built property so in great condition. We booked a Studio King and the room was huge. It had a sitting area with a large sofa, a huge work space area and a kitchen. Everything is clean and modern. The breakfast had more options than you normally get, 8 toppings for oatmeal, 4 hot entrees, waffles, small quiches, yogurts, and breads.
The front desk was very personable. Convenient location to Homewood and Mountain Brook. ”
