”Overall, we had a good experience here. We stayed in one of the tiny homes, and while it was advertised as sleeping up to six people, it was realistically only comfortable for four. The futon had a large metal bar running through the middle, making it very uncomfortable and not suitable for sleeping. The river access was amazing, and the property was clean and well-maintained. ”Unique camping experience near the Great Sand Dunes. Spacious canvas tents with beds. Friendly staff. We loved the community bonfire and s’mores in the evenings. The to-go lunch packs and grill packs were great meal options. They have sand sled rentals. Our family really enjoyed our stay.”

”We were emailed instructions so check in was a matter of just showing up! Able to find easily, perfect spot and as advertised. Appreciate the bathroom in our dome, we chose it for that reason. We could not get the firepit to ignite outside, but I think that was user error! Highly recommend this spot, we will be repeat customers for sure! Thank you so much for sharing it!”

”Perfect little pod for 2 people. A beutiful and peacefull property with very helpfull hosts. They had some great recommendations for hiking and we are so glad we listened. The cedar pod smells like cedar, peace and happiness. We slept so good that we almost wanted to skip the plans and just stay in bed all day. Oh, and the sauna! That was very nice after a long day of hiking. It was such a wonderful accommodation, we truly hope to come back in the future!”
