”The man at the front was rude to us from the start. Once we got into our room it was nasty the mattress was brown and lumpy. The room was not cleaned there was hair on the bathroom floor and it smelled very musty. We decided to leave because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here and the front guy made it very clear we were unable to get a refund. Overall bad experience. ”

”Looking back at the pictures for the listing and thinking about our stay, this was really one of the more accurate listings I've seen. Our room was a good size & entirely looked just like the pictures, with that kind of odd semi-western disjointed decor. Staff here was always around, super friendly and proactive, we were greeted & asked how our stay was going when we would run into them. The room was clean, linens were nice, beds were comfy (most importantly no bed bugs). We had our dog with us,...
