”PRO: Easy access from road. Clean rooms. Felt safe. Had no hassles. CON: Parking lot very dark; wife did not feel safe. Refrigerator made a loud 'clicking' noise ALL NIGHT! Staff did not come across very friendly; not bad, just not friendly. Overall, I would look at other hotels before I rented here again: 50/50”

”Buyer beware! Paid for extra protection and the day of the stay I couldn't find my purse and I was told I couldn't check in without my license and visa which were in my purse.
I called Expedia and Ameristar and each of them blamed the other. I see this as Expedia's chance to do the right thing. They didn’t. I got the same response for both emails I sent. Been using Expedia for everything. Very disappointed. I am not using Expedia again. If you choose to, know the extra protection doesn't...
