”Staying in the cabins was an excellent choice. Nice, quiet, and away from the crowd, but close enough to walk to the main building lobby. The staff was excellent and so very friendly. The cafeteria restaurant near this hotel was not good and it was expensive. Instead, opt for the small coffee shop/eatery in the lobby of the hotel, where you will find reasonably priced, good food (one can order a whole pizza for under $10). This was one of the better choices of places to eat inside the park. Best...

”Perfect location. Friendly staff. Lots to do. Our linens were covered in hair and had some stains on them. They were replaced when we notified the staff. We could also hear the ppl above us walking. Despite this, we would stay again. ”

”Only things that weren't great were the parking (you have to park in a public parking ramp across the street and schlep all your luggage from the ramp, across the street and up a flight of stairs to check in - none of which is posted anywhere so we kept driving around the hotel looking for a formal entrance or place to unload baggage) and our shower - the shower was great but the drain wasn't doing its job, so we were standing in ankle deep soapy water when done. ”The water temperature in the two swimming pools was quite cold and did not make for a pleasurable experience. The hot tub was fine. The staff and excursions from the Adventure Center were superb. Mike and his staff were very informative and friendly. The meals in the restaurants were good and the servers were friendly. I wish there was a little more variety in the menus.”

We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, Thursday night snacks and board games, and reasonably-priced parking, all of which are unusual in Beaver Creek. The location is very walkable with easy access to snowboard school (important for us), shopping, and lots of dining options. If you are looking for a comfortable stay at a good value, this hotel is definitely worth checking out.”

”We went during seasons so many of the amenities were closed or under maintenance. They do charge a resort fee, but the manager was very accommodating and did reverse the fee because of the situation. Management and front desk were very kind and communicative. Great location to skiing and town.”
