This is a superb home base to explore Boulder and the surrounding areas, and you can come home at the end of the day to a hot tub & pool, a roaring firepit, and comfy seating indoors in the lodge with beer on tap. ”This property has a lot of potential, unfortunately the owners do not invest in it. While I appreciate that it is a lodge and has the charm of a cabin/camping feel, it is very run down and not maintained at all. The grounds need serious attention - there are weeds everywhere, trash, and are just overall unkept. Spider webs are all over the buildings and entryway/doors. The room was filthy and doesn't properly get cleaned. The floors clearly haven't been cleaned in ages, our socks were filthy...
