”The resort was nice and clean. Friendly front desk employees but the restaurant employees could use some customer service training. I honestly booked this resort basic on the description of the location. It was walking distance to the boardwalk so I was thinking perfect its by more restaurants and shopping. The so call "boardwalk " is a ghost town. Maybe 4 stores and a lot of empty buildings. My husband and I was very disappointed. So DO NOT GO TO BOSSIER CITY unless you just want to gamble...

The employee told me there weren’t any check in time restrictions. After checking in and going to my room I discovered I was given a handicap room. I didn’t request this type of room. I was too tired to go back to the front desk about this issue and decided to wait until next day. I complained about...
