”Love the guitar-shaped pool and the pink doors 😅 Unfortunately it was pollen season so the pool was not in very good condition. Love the place. Would stay again anytime.”

”Overall the property and rooms were very clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. However, you can hear people in the above rooms. The water was lukewarm and never reached a hot temperature. The elevators were out of order and you had to take the stairs. I have stayed at these hotels before in other places and never had any issues.”

”This hotel overcharged me and I ended up paying over $600 total for a one-night stay. As a rewards member, I expected much better treatment and customer service, but instead I dealt with terrible customer service and a complete lack of accountability. Do not trust these people with your card information. They will overcharge you and not properly reimburse you when issues happen. Please save yourself the stress and money go anywhere else but this hotel.”

”Someone at the hotel checked me in before I even arrived at this hotel lying and saying that I checked in when I did not I tried to get a refund but I was not able to get my 800 dollar refund from the hotel so I would not recommend anyone staying at this specific hotel in Garland at all they said I had checked in at 3:00 p.m. when I did not arrive there until later on in the day which that was a lie in the first voice because I did not come to that hotel at all earlier that day”

”My stay(1st stay) wasn’t bad. Really nice room. 1-bathroom wasn’t cleaned thoroughly still had hair and spots in the tub/shower. 2-Signs of mildew/mold in corners of tub and water damage above shower. Minor stuff. Sheets floor and furniture were cleaned from what I could see.”

”The property was clean but the jacuzzi was ice cold. I was told they were waiting on a part that was coming after the holidays. Plus no complimentary breakfast and the bistro was closed during lunch hours.”

”The room was clean, and the staff was great. We were able to keep the room cool enough. The king bed room, however, was TINY. It was small for one person, but unacceptable for two people. The was only space for one piece of luggage to place off of the floor. Desktop space and bathroom countertop space were inadequate. The cubby hole to hang clothes was laughably small. If you’re traveling with more than one person, and you need to stay more than one night, I would recommend looking to another...
