”The room was large; the mini fridge was stocked (water was free) and snacks from the box were reasonably priced. It had a huge closet and big full-length mirror. The shower was lovely. There was a fenced in back yard for our dog and she was allowed to roam free. A happy hour included a free beer or wine. Coffee and tea were available 24/7. This place had every bell and whistle, even 2 moveable mirrors for hair and make-up. The bedroom had a nice round table for writing, laptop, playing...

”This was our 3rd trip to Southport and first time staying outside of a hotel. This adorable home is in a great location, we loved being able to walk to Southport Coffee Co and the waterfront. The sunroom is perfect for reading in the morning and my kids loved all the games and fairy lights. It is an extremely quiet and peaceful oasis!”

”We had a houseful. 5 adults, 2 kids (5 and 1), and a few dogs. Place was plenty spacious for everyone to be comfortable. Fenced in backyard was nice for dogs. Great place to stay if you want to save money and not stay on the beach! Would definitely rent this place again!”

”We were very pleased with our rental.Specifically:- Easy check-in and easy check-out- Super responsive host. Leading up to the rental and, once we arrived. We had one small issue with logging into Netflix and Dmitri fixed it in minutes.- Good location, close and convenient to both the beaches and downtown. Once the construction on the road in front of the development completes, it will be even more convenient.The only downside of the weekend was the overzealous cops trying to stick tourists with...
