Walk, bike, or drive to all the quaint shops like Candy & Company Boutiques, the Southport Market, Southport Cheese Shoppe, and a must The Christmas House. Southport is known for it's small town, coastal charm. It is famous for its annual celebrations and events like the 4th of July festival and fireworks, Christmas floatilla, and many more. You are also a short 10 min drive to Oak Island Beach and all it has to offer! Whether you stay a couple days or longer, you'll already be planning your next stay with us soon!

VERY nice and comfortable!

We enjoyed a very nice stay in Rhonda’s place. The location is so convenient: an easy walk to the shops and restaurants, and guests can even walk along the water to Waterfront Park. The beautiful Gazebo is just across the street. Southport is a special place for our family. We visit as often as possible so we have a couple of favorite places to stay. Rhonda has made some helpful upgrades and improved the cleanliness immensely (we stayed here a few times before she became the new owner and the care of the Unit had gone downhill). Cleanliness is extremely important to our family and we were very comfortable! Thank you for a lovely stay, Rhonda! Definitely five stars!

Wonderful 1 BR ppa e near the marina.

Very nice one bedroom place near the marina. Easy walking distance to several restaurants and the downtown Southport shopping area. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Southport Getaway

We love the location of this Condo. It is so nice to relax on the porch overlooking the Marina and be able to walk wherever you want to go. It is the perfect combination of comfortable and convenient!

If you love seafood...

If you love seafood, being able to see boats and the water, then this is the place to stay in Southport, NC. Walking distance to seafood restaurants and downtown. This place also has an elevator so the stairs can be avoided (this was important for us). Oh, there are 2 bikes there if you are so inclined.. Overall, 5 STARS!

Southport on the water.

Was completely impressed with the location. Able to walk/ride bikes everywhere. Also enjoyed walking and looking around the Marina out front. Amenities were numerous well thought out. Felt at home alomst immediately. Check in could not have been easier. Shout out to Capt. Rick for being so accommodating.

Hubby’s 50th!

We celebrated my husband’s 50th the weekend after July 4th. Perfect location to shops, restaurants and the inter coastal waterways. We took our jet ski with us and mapped out our course from Southpoint to N Myrtle It was very convenient to jump onto the ski from our condos location- directly across the street Thank you for a memorable stay!

Perfect place for a weekend escape to historic Southport! Park literally at your door. Walking distance to everything that Southport offers. Southport ferry just 10 mins away for day at the beaches of Bald Head Island.

Quick getaway in a quaint town

This rental was exactly what we were looking for. It was nice to get away for a couple of days in a cute, quaint little town with great hospitality. Everything that we were interested in was in walking distance (restaurants, river tours, and even the downtown area). My only warning to future renters is the ceiling is thin, so we could hear the upstairs neighbors constantly walking back and forth (seemingly nonstop). Also, they had a dog that barked at everyone that walked by. While they didn't seem to care that their dog was barking, it was very disturbing (and we have a dog of our own at home). We will return to the area in the future.
