”A strange man was taking pictures of my children and I while in the pool. We reported the man to front receptionist. We requested an extra blanket upon arrival, never received it. ”

”The parking lot was pretty much full with big trucks and cones that made driving hard and parking even harder. The lady that checked me in seemed mad and never smiled. She would look at her screen and ask me questions while facing away from me. That made it hard to hear and upset her. The room looked old and kinda smelled. The couch cushions were looked so old and over used. I didn't want to sit on it. The sheets were not clean which was given away by their odor. The bathroom only had a half...

”I was very disappointed with the room first the bath room didn't smell good it smell like pee on the floor and around the bath tub had mold i got two beds the first bed i notice the sheets weren't cleaned the sheet all the way to the bottom ones the room need to be air freshener .The only reason why i book this place it was near to the air force base .They need to improved on the toilet make sure its cleaned properly and check the linens. ”

”The beds were very small, old and hard. In the bathroom, the water taps didn't work well. The mini-fridge was dirty. ”

”The 1st thing is the breakfast was not what you would expect a a Best Western, it was below standard compared to All the the other BW'S, My room was ok the microwave licke as shut down with my food inside, that I had driven and 11/2 to get because we were on My Birthday vacation, we were on the 4th floor with no screen on the windows. Was disappointed in that hotel. The Staff was very nice they even brought me and my hubby a pizza. ”

”Overall, my stay was pleasant and the hotel met most of my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. The only issue I encountered was with the shower amenities. There was no body wash available in the shower when I arrived. I notified a staff member and asked if it could be refilled, but instead of replacing it with body wash, it was filled with lotion. It wasn’t a major problem, but it was a bit inconvenient.
