Southside Hotellit

”Very professional!”

”Coffee was good”

”I booked my stay through Expedia approximately one month in advance, expecting the room I reserved to be available upon arrival. Unfortunately, I was assigned the wrong room, and the hotel was unable to accommodate a room change because they were overbooked. This was frustrating, especially given that the reservation had been made well in advance. The cleanliness of the room was also concerning. For the first two days, leftover food from a previous guest remained beside the bed and went...

”We picked this place because of its proximity to the Lackland graduation, as most people do. However, outside the room was a nightmare. The room itself was decent, though our sink drained slowly and the showerhead sprayed in all different directions. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well, but I wouldn't recommend the pool. 4/10”

”Very nice people. No amenities like coffee pot, Kleenex, shampoo/conditioner in your room. Also stayed for two days and no one came to clean room empty trash or replenish towels.”

”The staff at the front desk was adorable, kind and funny. But the cleaning staff terrible. I stayed 3 days and they did't the cleaning service in all those days..”

”The convenience to the location were I needed to go. The shower was broken everything is old and so messy and dirty outside they are renovating . The front desk worker was nice .”

”Buena ubicación pero”

”The staff could’ve been a little bit nicer”

”Staff was great, friendly, and kind. I cant complain. And to my surprise, they had fountain drinks and popcorn, which was perfect. Enjoyed complimentary breakfast annnnnd dinner. That in itself deserves 5 stars. Overall, great stay. I would return back.”

”Great location to Frost bank center and easy access also to downtown. Lots of food options in the neighborhood, plenty of parking and a very big (yes also super high up) and comfy bed. Walls were thin but luckily had well behaving neighbors so no problems there. This one did meet my expectations for the price and the reviews I had read. ”
