”The hotel was itself was great, staff was awesome. My only complaint about was I booked the Club room, as I have done in many other hotels. I was disappointed when I learned that unless your their during service time, their was no offerings. Most properties will. Have access to sodas and bottled waters throughout the day. ”The hotel is wonderful, very clean and up to date and the staff is kind and responsive. My one complaint is about parking. The valet parking is very convenient but costs $45 per day which is excessive. There are other local options, but they are also pricey and are either not covered or a bit of a walk and with recent crime activity in Charlotte, I did not feel comfortable walking at night. Other than parking, the hotel was perfect for us and I would definitely stay here again!”

”Shuttle and front desk staff were excellent. The breakfast was great grab and go style. Good coffee. Microwaveable breakfast sandwiches, toasted bagels, assorted cereals and fresh fruit. Closing the breakfast area at 9am during the week, is too early and 10am on the weekends. 11am everyday would be better for your guest to enjoy. ”
