Because we missing the check in time, because we didn’t arrive at 3 pm, instead of them giving us a call telling us this information, they nothing. And preceded to tell us that they cancelled our reservation, because we weren’t honors members. But we are. This was terrible customer service on their end. It was very uncomfortable. The morning coffee was out and had to wait for more. There was not a coffee maker in room. For $130 a night, I expected better. I will not stay at a Motel 6 again.”

”I’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the last couple of years. About 3 months ago I noticed the cleanliness and condition of the rooms declining. This weekend it was very dirty. Nobody cleaned behind the bathroom door and the hallway needed vacuuming. I don’t leave reviews often and I’m not picky, but this was disappointing.”
