âThe room was decent, felt smaller than the photos. Although the room advertised on the website a shower and tub combo it was only a shower. The ac worked perfectly and the staff was excellent. The view was nice. There was also a hidden $10 parking fee per night that wasn't mentioned when I called prior to booking. The breakfast was nothing impressive but it was free.â

âThe pool is not heated and was full of floating leaves but that wasn't a huge problem. With the economy as it is, I go for lower price rooms. You get what you pay for - the room has some flaws but I'm not that picky. It was clean and that's all I need. Staff was friendly. Parking easy and close. Breakfast good.â

âI came to this property with 8 other guests for my birthday. The property was very clean when we arrived and large enough for all of us. The game room was so much fun and had so many activities to do. So even with as many people as we had, everyone was able to play and join in. Rooms were large with plenty of closet space and the sofa couch was comfortable.
The property is connected to an other house but separated by a garage so we didnât hear the neighbors. The driveway was big enough to fit...

âDog friendly, which was very helpful and thereâs a large field behind the hotel to take your dog. Itâs perfect. Anyone that leaves a negative complaint is just crying. This is an amazing hotel for what the price is. You guys have to understand this is the cheapest hotel that pops up in the Springs and I have to say itâs very good for what the price is only negative I will say is there is nothing for breakfast. I stayed for 5 nights and had no issues.â
