”Booked a 2 bed room, room 30 minutes to check in (it was not busy) and was given a single bed. Went back to front desk to request the 2 bed we booked, took another 40 minutes. Got a new room, again it was a single bed. Thankfully she processed us again quickly and got into an appropriate room. Not necessarily the desk clerks fault as she was obviously very new. Management needs to ensure proper training before leaving staff alone on shift. Room was basic, clean but dated. Also requested room...

”Was in town for a soccer tournament. All hotels were packed. My understanding there was a track competition in town too. They know these tournaments are coming, they need to add more staff to help out. Poor staff was running around doing all they can but help was needed for cleaning during breakfast and dinner. No fault to staff but management needs to consider these things. However, all things considered, it was a good weekend.”

”I like it that the Toilet is very clean like you wont see any darkening of tiles or anything. I like it that the Refrigerator is big and theres kitchen and dishawashing liquid provided! It would be nice if pans is available as theres stove provides. ☺️ Overall, I would comeback! ”

”There was a smell that was almost like smoke mixed with cleaner/antiseptic in the hallway. Realized on the east side of the hotel outside someone must have had a grill fire and caught the landscaping on fire, there burned bushes, charcoal and evidence of a fire near the entrance. Stunk up the whole hotel. ”

”Nice staff and free breakfast. Unfortunately the bathroom was in shocking conditions. The pipe above our bathroom must have had a severe leak and the ceiling was on the verge of falling into the shower. The bathroom tap was broken and had only ice cold water. Our door lock took many attempts to open every time. In summary the property is severely lacking in maintenance. ”
