”Room was spacious and nice, but bathroom was not as clean as expected (long hair in the tub, dust on the door and shelf, debris on floor along edges of the walls). It wasn’t bad, just hadn’t been cleaned as thoroughly as it should have been. Air freshener in the room was quite powerful, but we’re sensitive to strong odors. Also, found it odd that there’s not an ice machine on the second floor.”

”Check in was easy, front desk staff was very pleasant. Room was a little dated, but comfortable. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay there, and will stay there again when traveling through Vicksburg.”

”We were disappointed with the condition of our room. The furnishings were very nice (and realizing it's an historic building) it just looked very tired, the walls, bathroom, etc. At least our room did. In addition there was an adjoining door to the room next door that didn't block the sound at all from that room. You could hear just about everything coming from there. After coming back from diner we found ourselves locked out of the building as the coded keypad to the front door wasn't...
