”Good staff”

”There is no elevator. The carpets are worn and stained. The bathroom had stains in the sink and a toilet that only flushed when it felt like it. The open closet has the closet rod at 4ft off the floor, which means that long dresses puddle and cannot hang. The WiFi is too slow to be useful. We heard every conversation in the room next door, every door slamming, every person walking past. The air conditioning was irregular and the mini fridge rattled. The name of this hotel is apparently ironic.”

”We’ve stayed at the Microtel since it’s opening a few years ago. We are always happy with the staff and accommodations.”

”The "accessible" room simply means there is one bar in the shower. Nothing else is any different. In addition, there are not all the amenities in the room that their site and room info claim. When we inquired about the in-room coffee maker, for example, we were just told that there are none any longer. The TV in the room spent as much time buffering as playing the show, that was a minor annoyance. Not a bad room if all you are going to do is sleep in it, it was clean.”

”This hotel is adorable! They keep it well maintained, the rooms are done up very nicely. We had a large group staying there and the courtyard was perfect for socializing.”

”The front desk went above and beyond the call of "customer service" and was very helpful!!”

”Very very old property in need of a face lift. The photos must be stock photos because that’s not what our room looked like. The back room was renovated in the last 15 years though and the shower was nice. There was a new tv and ac in the room. The room’s fridge was from the 1980’s. We lacked hand soap and a bath mat in the restroom (had to use a hand towel). The carpet in the main areas could use a could vacuum or replacement. The doors are all white and could use a repainting or a good...

”Family loved our stay. The pool was fun, there was easy access to Target next door, and room was large and comfortable.”

”Bien situé....avec beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. Possibilité d'y aller à pied. Parking à proximité avec ascenseur dans l'hôtel, appreciable quand les valises sont lourdes.”

”We stayed in the seaside room. It had a magnificent bathtub but it was tricky to take a shower. The how’s left a dvd that was made about the house. Fun”

”The hotel was dirty, Room had brown stains on the walls, Shower did not work very little hot water, Toilet seat broken, and Tub mat torn. If it wasn't for a 10 hour drive We would have left. { but the beds were good }”

”Desk clerk ,Oda Mae, was very nice! Breakfast was freah but only warm. The only complaint we have is that there is not any ventilation in the bathroom. Any smell permeates out into the room!”
