Uusi kolmen makuuhuoneen 2. 5 kylpyhuoneisto, joka sijaitsee 28th Streetin pohjoispäässä Espanjassa Wellsissä, ja se on täysin varustettu ilmastoidulla ilmaisella WIFI: llä ja kaapeli-TV: llä.
Katso samalla kadulla sijaitsevien talojen luetteloomme, olemme vuokranneet vuosien ajan VRBO-listausta # 667474 ja VRBO 250142.
Vain 1 minuutin kävelymatka hiekkatieltä upeaan rantaan.
Talo on rauhallisella alueella umpikujan lopussa, hiekkatiellä, joka johtaa rannalle vain 400 metrin päässä.
Suljettu ulkopuolella suihku piknikpöytä ja kaasugrilli kaikki tarjoavat.
Uusi rakennus valmistui marraskuussa 2019. Sekä 4-paikkainen että 6-paikkainen golfkärry, polkupyörät ja Kayaksl Saatavana vuokrattavana!
Talo on täysin kalustettu kaikilla liinavaatteilla, kylpy- ja rantapyyhkeillä ja keittiövälineillä.

Saari on pääasiassa Eurooppalainen saari. Siinä on 8 ravintolaa, 4 baaria, 1 iso erittäin mukava ruokakauppa, 2 pientä ruokakauppaa ja 2 viinakauppaa.
Island on vain 7 km: n päässä lähimmästä lentokentästä, Pohjois-Eleutheran lentokentältä tai lentokenttäkoodi on ELH. Se on 10 minuutin taksimatka, jota seuraa 5 minuutin lauttamatka saarelle. Espanjan kaivo. Kun olet toimittanut meille lentotietosi, järjestämme kuljetuksen lentokentältä saarelle paikallisen kuljetusyhtiön kanssa. Kustannukset ovat vain 15 dollaria / henkilö sekä vesi- että maataksilta. Saavuttuaan saarelle tapaamme sinut ja vie sinut taloon ja vastaamme kysymyksiisi ja saa sinut kaikki asumaan.

We had the most amazing stay in Spanish Wells at Green Turtle Cottage. The home is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. They had SO many extras and amenities available like floats, beach lounge chairs, umbrella, etc. The owners, Jody and Tara have put so much thought into how the property as a whole I laid out and kept pristine! We loved our stay and will definitely be back soon!

True Gem

My family stayed in this lovely bungalow steps from one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever visited. All our needs for a relaxing family trip were met - bicycles, a golf cart, kayaks, beach loungers and chairs, and beach towels. On the beach, we watched sea turtles, rays and fish. And we spent a wonderful half-day on the ocean with Captain Kid Charters - pigs, turtles, rays, reefs and a shipwreck. We have no reservation staying in this home on the next trip to Spanish Wells.

Early April Stay

We loved Spanish Wells and our house. Jody and Tara made arriving to our house very simple and responded quickly with anything we needed. They are also usually nearby, working on the property, and check in to see if there are any needs. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, go to Spanish Wells. Great water depth for kids in most areas. Great snorkeling at the house beach. We saw conch, sea turtles, urchin, fish, sea slugs, and dolphins. Be prepared for the airport on Eleuthera to be unorganized. You may be there an hour , but they will get you through in island time. Take mosquito spray. Otherwise, the house is perfect and the location is perfect. You will not regret your stay at this house or the island.

A girls get away

We so enjoyed our trip to Spanish Wells!The Gene Turtle Cottage was just the place to relax and enjoy the beach and sun !It was nice to have the golf cart that came with the cottage.Jody was a great host ! I wish we had more time to talk with him to learn more about the island ! We did two of his tours with Ivan and had a blast Ivan is a great Captain!!We will be back for sure !

Beautiful Island Unfriendly Host

Beautiful place but very poor hosting.From the time we landed on the island we were not made to feel welcome.Everything is extra…. No toilet paper, no soap, no shampoo, no drinkable water, no trash bags, etc. Bring everything because unless the previous guest left something behind you will have to go and purchase. Also they charge to pick you up and it is more then if you use another service.Although they charge a very hefty cleaning fee they expect you do most of the cleaning and make sure you are done and gone by 10am and they come and make sure you are gone.But the worst is there are cameras spying on you all over the property.

Nice Cottage in a Great Location!

The house worked really well for our group. We were a group of 6; two parents with adult children and their friends. The proximity to the beach is awesome, and the beach itself is wonderful. We cooked most of our meals at home, and the house is stocked with most of what is needed to cook. Beds are comfortable. It was great to have two bedrooms with king beds! House was clean, and it was great to have the outdoor seating area and outdoor shower. We loved our trip!

WARNING - Volatile Owners

After communicating with the owners via email since December 2023 with first email saying we will be a family of 8-10 members, the owner accused me of being a liar, scam artist and falsifying information. I found his house that sleeps 8 and immediately emailed him to ask his availability for Summer 2024. After picking our dates that would work best for our family, we chose to book via VRBO in order to reserve them quickly and not wait for things to book up. I have 47 emails between the owner and myself, each of them discussing our family of 8, need for transportation for all of us and ideas for excursions to accommodate our group of 8. There was not one mention that I reserved his home wrong on the VRBO site until the night before we arrived for our trip, we were told we owed an additional $490 due to his policy of parties 6 or more needing to pay $35/per person per night. This is not stated any where on his description nor was I trying to occupy more than his listing suggested of 8 adults. After traveling internationally for the past 24 hours, we waited to pay after talking to him and receiving cell service. He instantly became irate, red faced and verbally abusive saying there’s nothing to be discussed, I was a liar, scam artist, etc. He chose to say these things right in front of my husband, my children, my father and brother. He told us to find somewhere else to stay, call VRBO and leave a review. He left 5 adults and 3 children stranded on his porch in a foreign country.

Amazing property and value

The house is newer and well maintained. It has everything you need but food to get you started. The Pinders are very helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect and is a short walk to a quiet beach. There is a floating dock in the water that is the perfect place for your beverages as you soak in the crystal clear water. We will be back.

Great stay!!

Me and my family rented the Green turtle for a week in April. The house was beyond expectations and had plenty of room for the 7 of us. Was very surprised on how big the house was on the inside. It was very clean and modern. The property was well kept and just a short walk to the beach. The free golf cart was an added bonus and was brand new. Definitely will rent again and would recommend to anyone!

A perfect spot!

What a great stay. They were great to communicate with prior to and during our trip. The house is awesome! Super clean, cold air, comfy beds and the location is awesome. The beach is a 1 Kim walk down a cute, private path and it’s gorgeous. We saw turtles, fish, urchins, a couple sharks and kayaked out to an amazing coral head with three huge lobster…a week to early for season:(. We had lots of space in the house for me and three teenagers. The only thing that would have made it perfect is some dish soap and trash bags…but we will stay here or any of Jody’s properties anytime, it was wonderful.

We had the most wonderful time! Spanish Wells was more wonderful then what we had even read and heard about! What a sweet community of people. It was super relaxing and so much fun for my fam. We loved staying at the Green Turtle. It was super nice, very up to date, and had all things that we needed. The owners are wonderful people that went out of their way to make sure we had all we needed and were comfortable. They also offer excursions that I highly recommend (the highlight of our trip). This is not a island to come to if you want night life or shopping BUT if you’re looking for a safe, family oriented, relaxing vacation, it’s for you! We are so thankful for our time there!

Came here as a family. It was the perfect location, clean property, wonderful property managers. Close to the beach and access to chairs and shade on the beach. Close to grocery stores and delicious food. Highly recommend.
