”This hotel is adorable! The mid-century modern style decor is both vintage and modern. The room was well appointed and clean, and the bed was soft! I have saggital arthritis and usually struggle with hotel beds, but this one was pretty good. The restaurant on the top floor was fabulous and classy. Will stay here again!”

”The bathroom shower did not have shampoo or soap in the dispensers and there’s dirt around the floor the edges The hallway and the stairwell going down was filthy The downstairs bathroom and the lobby was filthy and unrepaired drywall, and the trashcan overflowing Overall, a nice hotel but it’s not being maintained and slowly going downhill The staff was really nice to deal with, and the bids were comfortable Just need to do a better job of cleaning and maintaining”

”So clean I felt safe taking a bath! Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well stocked, waffles are a must for me! Star deducted for the AC having a smell when turned on, but it didn't cause problems with my allergies so probably just hadn't been used recently. Not a fan of the smell of shampoos provided, the hand soap was unscented though and that was great since my family has scent allergies.”

”As soon as we checked into this property, we checked right back out. We found black mold in and around the shower, as well as around the windows. The bed was hard and lumpy and the room felt strangely empty. The staff was understanding, however, we are still waiting on our refund to finish processing ”

”Beautiful 1893 Victorian house. Fully of charm & grace. Good location. Quiet. Kitchen staff was very attentive & welcoming. Other staff responded quickly to identified room issue.”

”There was an old dirty looking armchair in the corner. Hair clog in the bathroom sink and no stopper for the sink. Heating unit ran so loudly TV volume had to be turned up very high. No facial napkins in the container. A small glob of some small substance was on the floor between the bed and table lamp furniture surfaces or scratched and worn so they did not look clean. The staff I met however were polite and helpful. ”

”All in all is was a good place to stay .. a few exceptions.. the HVAC made a load noise when it came on ..I noticed it at first and then my girlfriend said the same thing .. it woke us up a few times.. and we ended up turning it off .. same issue with the doors for other rooms on the hall .. sounds like a small bomb when people leave or enter their rooms ..did not get out room cleaned after the first day but no big deal ..”
