”Our stay was great even though it rained 3 days we were there the house is very cozy and if you open up all the blinds it’s like you’re still sitting outside! If you have a dog this is a perfect place to set them up with a long lead and let them hang outside with you or walk the property with them which our dog never got old of! Definitely will be staying here again in the fall. ”

”Well maintained clean and comfortable house. We liked the vintage 1960’s decorations and vibe. Bruce greeted us on arrival and was very pleasant and helpful. We were in town to visit the Bethel Woods center for a concert and this house was less than 4 miles away - perfect location. A very pleasant and enjoyable weekend Thank you Bruce”

”We had a large group and this place could not have been more perfect, we had a blast. It is enormous there were 15 bedrooms total, including some bunk rooms and plenty of room for everyone. The pool is amazing and warm, the pool room is enormous. The sauna and hot tub were fantastic. We will hopefully return sooner than later, it was a great winter stay and I'm sure it's amazing in the summer too. ”

Property manager was very helpful and everyone enjoyed the kayaks. The house was spotless and smelled so clean when we entered. So grateful for our time. ”

”This house was great. Much bigger inside than it looks. Clean, well-maintained and very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of plates, pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. Nice outside area as well. Communication with Denise, the property owner, was super easy and she was very helpful. Would highly recommend.”

”The property is very comfortable and clean. It is convenient to the ski area, Warwick, New York's apple orchards and fun main street shopping, Penning's Cidery & Orchard. The driveway is steep, if you have multiple cars, parking across the street (if allowed) may be preferred.”

”Fishing/Lake: There is absolutely no access to the lake, including the community beach. No swimming. No fishing. Such details must be in the property's details in caps. Fishing or swimming is not allowed. Water: Smelly brown water in the house. You can’t drink it or cook with it or even take a shower. It is disguising. No heads-up about the water issue. Kitchen: The smell of dirty dishes welcomed us. It looks like the previous renters left them there. Only 4 forks and 1 knife in the house....
