It looks very nice in pictures, but it has the same odor as in the hallways, and the floor was insane with crazy sink holes. ”Our family stayed in Room #305 while visiting the area for a wedding weekend. We arrived late Friday evening and, after a long day of travel, went straight to bed. It wasn’t until Saturday morning, while getting ready, that we discovered the shocking condition of the room. The bathroom contained what appeared to be dried blood splattered across the ceiling and walls. In addition, the bathroom door was visibly damaged and looked as though it had been punched or struck with considerable force....

”The room was clean and adequately big, the breakfast was good and parking was free, The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too high for us. The AC unit was very noisy and didn’t run well. My husband cranked up the temperature, so the AC wouldn’t run so much and we could sleep. This, unfortunately, made me feel very hot and sweaty and I still couldn’t sleep much.”

”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”Very good and quiet airport hotel with great services”

”The room was ok/ nothing special. I had to take the shuttle before the breakfast started. Some hotels will offer something to go - didn’t happen. It is a no frills hotel.”

”It was nice, but they did not honor the room we booked and paid for 7 months prior. Then they had us carry sheets, blankets, and pillows to our room for the pull out sofa. When we opened the pull out, there were already sheets on it, and there were crumbs everywhere in them.”

”This property is dated. They claimed our initial room was renovated but the toilet would not flush properly, and we had to change rooms. We brought food in and asked for spoons and forks, they only had spoons… I wanted to do some laundry, they had no detergent… Manager was uncaring when we were checking out. So glad I know I’ll never stay at this dump again. Two stars only because bed was comfortable and breakfast was decent.”
