”Terrible experience all around. Staff is very unfriendly and wouldn't issue a refund despite doing everything to said to do. The beds are absolutely terrible and when I mean terrible I mean rock hard. There is trash everywhere outside the building, very unpleasant looking. Breakfast is limited and the biscuits weren't done. ”

”One for the books for sure. We had booked several nights for our trip in South Dakota. My grandpa had passed away we were there for a funeral and had to bring the kids… so we booked for the pool and it was close to family….
Well we get there and the front desk gal was complaining that she was ready to go home and was going home after checking us in. I asked if we could book additional nights as things came up and family needed us to stay longer. She said no do it on Expedia wouldn’t even check...
