”The place is beautiful, very clean with good parking. But, the walls are pretty thin and the bed was VERY firm. We could hear the people talking in the next room, and they really weren't being loud or anything. ”

”Third and last time I will be staying at this location. The hallways always reek of some sort of perfume I assume is used when cleaning the carpets or something. Way too overpowering. We went through 4 key cards because the locks were so touchy and not working well so the keys timed out and stopped working often. The remote for the TV was dead, there were no tissues within the room, and there was a weird smell in the AC to which we went and got lysol so it would smell better. Will not be staying...

”My teenage kids and I were in Elmira for a wrestling tournament and needed adjoining rooms. Wendy at the front desk was kind and easy to talk to , readily accommodating my families needs. Rooms were immaculately clean , property was perfectly maintained , and the beds were super comfortable. This place was everything my kids and I needed at a reasonable price- if we are ever in the area again we will absolutely stay here. ”

”Breakfast is super basic Room was excellent, big and comfortable. Building overall was pretty noise. Upstairs neighbors were jumping around and the noise did not let us rest appropriately. ”

”My wife and I spent our 2nd anniversary weekend here and the experience was truly amazing. The property was far more dreamy than it looked in the pictures, with such breathtaking views and the warm, cozy feeling of being with nature. The staff were all nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was great, with continental options. You also have the option of ordering some things on your own at an added cost. There are tons of activities to do around the area, especially in the Summer...

”Easy to find, parking was plenty, lobby was decent. However, I requested none smoking room and the whole floor seemed to have none smoking room but the floor reeked of cigarette or cigar smoke very pungent odor. ”

”My room was cancelled. I was late getting to my e-mail on Friday, learning they tried to contact me because my card was outdated. Although I had sent a reply, my room was cancelled. I accept blame for not verifying the card on file.”
