”Host was very good about communication and property was clean. We got in very late and basically just slept and left so it met our needs. If your looking for a safe, clean place - this is it. If you are looking for ambiance, cuteness or adorable surroundings - no. Very plain, needs a lot of decorating and structural updates.”

The kitchen makes it easy to cook your own meals as well if you don't want to go out. Cyndi was wonderful to communicate with and made the booking and check-in/check-out processes very easy. I highly recommend booking this property if you are in need of a cozy, homey rental, either short- or long-term!”

”The bungalow was very well equipped. Cyndi was a great host with great communication and took extra steps to make our stay wonderful. We were there for my son’s graduation and she left special treats for him. Under normal circumstances great value. But as every place in Bloomington high prices during graduation weekend. Definitely recommend. ”

”Sydney was very communicative about why the lawn hadnt been mown and helpful when we needed to extend our stay by 2 days. Reasonable quality for the price being quite affordable. There was a slight mustiness to the house smell that we had to air out, strong scented detergent on the bedding which I know some folks like but isnt our style, and a yellow jacket nest under the porch that we moved a table over so our baby wouldn't crawl over them and get stung. Nice location just 3 block walk from...
