Set in attractive, mature gardens, you can enjoy the lovely views from the fabulous private pool and surrounding terraces. Split over 3 levels with 2 kitchens and 2 outdoor dining spaces, this 4 bedroom villa has comfortable furnishings and plenty of areas to socialise and relax. A 10 minute drive will take you to the beautiful hilltop village of Cabris, with a twice weekly market and many restaurants, cafes, and shops. Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating in 2 of the 4 bedrooms are included.

Villa Alto is located in the charming little village of Speracedes, nestled between the elegant hilltop village of Cabris and the world-renowned town of Grasse. In Speracedes you’ll find a delightful French cafe offering good lunch options. The village of Peymeinade is a 5 minute drive away, with a greater selection of restaurants, cafes and shops plus a weekly market on a Monday morning. Cabris and Grasse are both easily reached in less than 15 minutes’ drive, offering traditional Provencal markets, quaint cafes, and sweeping Riviera views. Be sure to visit Lac de Saint-Cassien, 30 minutes’ drive away, where you can hire pedalos and boats for a fun day out. Or, explore the beaches of Cannes, Fréjus, or Théoule-sur-Mer, less than a hours’ drive away.
