Huoneistohotellit kohteessa Spessartin vuoristo

"4 vuorokautta eikä pyyhkeitä ja/tai lakanoita vaihdettu kertaakaan. Olisko niitä pitänyt pyytää erikseen? Respasta pyydetty lisää murokahvipakkkauksia, jotka toi respan henkilökunta. Eikö hotellissa ole huonepalvelua? Muutenkin hotelli-info on "jossain netissä" ja kovin monen mutkan takana. Oli tuskallista etsiä esim. mihin aikaan päättyy aamupalan tarjoilu! Aamupala sinänsä oli kyllä hyvä ja monipuolinen. Läheinen junarata ei tee oleilusta ainakaan rauhallisempaa. Muutoin sijainti ja varsinkin läheinen U-bahn asema on plussaa. Ehkä tämä hotelli on enemmän business matkailijoille."

"Good Location"

"Kylpylä osasto oli aika väsynyt eikä hierontaa tai muitakaan palveluita ollut tarjolla. Huoneessa kummallakin alkoivat silmät vuotamaan."

"Very good location, rather close to tram stations and main railwaystation. Also quiet from traffic and other noises. Breakfast was good Scandinavian buffet, there was plenty for everyone. The only complaint is the hotels rental bikes which need to serviced, they are not in a good shape. Both of them."

"The room was nice and cosy. The bed was really comfortable. However, it was not worth the chaos of checking in and out. Even though I had a confirmation email, they could not find it either with my name or reservation number. I had to fill in another form with all my information and then was charged in spot. Total time of check in was around 25 minutes. The check out seemed to be even more chaotic. There were between 10-15 people waiting to check out and only one receptionist. It would have been fine if we could have just done the “fast check out” and left our room cards in a box, but the paper in the box said “online check out - ask our receptionist”. I tried to look for information online, but couldn’t find, so we had to wait. When it was our turn to check out, the receptionist informed the amount of our stay. I mentioned that I had paid at the check in. She said the payment did not go through (it did). She, then, said she could charge again from the same credit card, as they had the information. I mentioned it was a debit card, just in case the information was important. She corrected me, saying it was a credit card. Now, this is a minor and irrelevant thing, but at that point I was quite stressed with the whole situation. In the end, she asked if I wanted the receipt. When I said yes, she asked me to write my email, even though I had given already at check in. She just said “sorry, we don’t have it”. Well, not entirely happy with the experience…"

"Epäystävällinen ja osittain ammattitaidoton henkilökunta. Huoneen ilmastointi ei toiminut, ja huoneen vaihtaminen toiseen huoneeseen oli melkoinen operaatio. Ei mitään tilannetajua henkilökunnalla tässäkään asiassa. Matkaseuralaiseni huone jätettiin siivoamatta ovessa olevasta haluan siivouksen -lapusta huolimatta. Lisäksi varatuista huoneista puuttui sinne kuuluvia asioita, kuten pyyhkeitä, tyynyjä ja laseja."

"Really loved this hotel. A bit different :) we really liked our room too. It was a bit surprising and probably wouldn’t have worked for someone with f.ex. knee or back problems. "

"Hotel was perfect: great staff, excellent breakfast and clean rooms. The area wasn't the best, but that had nothing to do with the hotel. From the hotel you could get to the rail number 24, which I found the most comfortable route to main train station."
