”Well, it's an old, beaten-up property that has seen better days.
The front desk staff need some coaching on how to speak politely and respectfully to their guests. The phrase "Give me your ID" should be replaced with "May I see your driver's license, sir?"
The room is a good size but requires significant renovation, not just patchwork done by someone who has never done this kind of work before.
The air conditioning is old, noisy, and inefficient.
The bed sheets are old and do not look clean....

”Was there for a baseball tournament. Had to immediately change rooms due to the bed strongly smelling of urine. Staff didn’t even apologize. Just gave me the new room key and sent me on my way. The pool is small. People who were not hotel guests were following guests in after unlocking the doors and staying for the day and letting their families in. ”Stole a $100 deposit. Claimed we had a pet in the room because they found pet hair when we never had a pet. Our clothes may bring in a very small amount of pet hair because we own a dog at home but we did not ever bring a pet anywhere near this property and they are using this excuse to steal our deposit. The screenshots of a video they sent looked scammy as well. Wouldn't trust this property ever again and neither should anyone else. We're young adults living penny to penny and bought a cheap...
