”It was an ok stay for just an overnight after a flight. Staff was nice and polite. Airport shuttle service was good. But the facility needs updated and maintained. Put on the 5th floor- no big deal, until the elevator broke and I had to haul luggage downstairs the next morning. And the stairwell had trash in it like someone was living/hanging out there. Kind of scary as a single woman. And j just saw the biggest cockroach in my life. The whole facility also smells really musty, like it recently...

”This is the cleanest hotel u been to. Austin was so sweet and attentive even it being 4 am in the morning. The breakfast was phenomenal. All the staff were amazing. Would definitely recommend. The only thing was the elevator made a creaking noise everytime.”

”Handicap parking had no signage. Even though it was painted Handicap. No one cared they parked like it was regular spot. Staff didn't tell them otherwise. I'm Handicap and I had to use a regular spot. Had to call desk due to loud music from guest drinking outside my room

”The first room we were assigned was visibly filthy. The second room wasnt truly an upgraded but we managed. The grounds area was not upkept especially being located downtown. They constantly ran out of towels and housekeeping were very unprofessional and rude when asked for extras. The elevators were down the entire weekend. There were creepy crawlers indicating the cleanliness of the building. ”

”Clean room, nice staff, and a Pappadeux nearby, also in a quiet part of town. Nothing spectacular, but the kind of consistency you’d expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. The only thing about them is the pillows could be a bit more dense and the beds a maybe aren’t as luxurious or comfy as higher end spots. But for a quick stay or business trip, it does just fine. You can always ask for extra pillows, if needed.”
